Shepherds pie - Beefy garlic mashed potato layer with peas, beer (GF) braised ground beef sauced layer, cheddar and swiss/cheddar cheeses, onions, and carrots. Gluten-free beer used for this dish

Rasta Pasta (penne) with Jerk Chicken- If you love our Jerk chicken, you will love this pasta dish! Sauteed bell peppers and onions, garlic, fresh thyme, green onions, cilantro. Tossed in a brown sauce finished with a touch of cream. Topped with Monterey Jack cheese.

Little Foodie (Mon/Tues)

Red beans and rice- Southern-style creamy red beans with smoked sausage and ham pieces. Served with white rice, garnished with green onions and parsley. Comes with honey butter cornbread. Gluten Free (cornbread is not GF but will be wrapped in foil on top.

Baked spaghetti casserole- layers of seasoned ground beef, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses, fresh marinara, fresh herbs, onions, celery, bell pepper, garlic, and spaghetti pasta. Baked to perfection by you!!!
