Entree #1 (Mon/Tues)

Chicken Florentine- seared, and braised chicken breasts with sauteed mushrooms, spinach, white wine, roasted artichokes, parmesan cream sauce finished with fresh parsley and served with steamed broccoli and roasted potato medley (red/Yukon/sweet). Gluten-Free


Entree #1 (Wed/Thurs)

Santa Fe Chicken -Seasoned grilled chicken breast topped with black beans, fresh shucked sweet corn , diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese and cilantro served with cilantro lime rice and grilled vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, squash, carrot, red onion, mushrooms). Gluten Free


Entree #2 (Mon/Tues)

Marinated and grilled pork tenderloin, glazed with an Apricot/Bacon Jam. Comes with cheddar mac n cheese, and roasted Brussels sprouts/broccoli/ carrot and cauliflower medley.


Entree #2 (Wed/Thurs)

Shrimp and LA crawfish Alfredo - New Orleans jazzed up style- parmesan cream tossed with penne pasta and served with blackened gulf shrimp and Louisiana crawfish tails then topped with romano cheese and shredded mozzarella. Finished with green onions and parsley.


Little Foodie (Mon/Tues)

Little slow cooked white beans and rice with sausage, served with honey butter cornbread. Gluten Free except for cornbread which is separated from beans and rice but will be included in same container


Little Foodie (Wed/Thurs)

Tillamook Cheddar Cheese/taco beef and diced tomato quesadillas served with Spanish rice (corn, onions) and slow simmered black beans.


Side (Mon/Tues)

Gulf shrimp and lump crab quiche-Gulf shrimp and lump crab-filled pie crusts with egg/cream, green onions, parsley and Monterey/cheddar cheeses. *Freeze for Easter:)


Side (Wed/Thurs)

Baked eggplant parmesan stacks - Italian herb-seasoned and breaded, sliced eggplant, layered with spinach, caramelized onion, and ricotta/mozzarella cheese mixture and our robust house-made marinara sauce, topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese and fresh parsley. Feeds 2-3
