Entree #1 (Mon/Tues)

Korean style sliced bbq pork loin (Char siu) with brown rice vegetable fried rice with box choy , baby corn, carrots, celery, eggs , garlic , onions , ginger and sauteed crisp green beans . Gluten Free ( we use gluten free tamari)


Entree #1 (Wed/Thurs)

Blackened Shrimp Alfredo- gulf shrimp, sauteed in garlic/spices and served over pasta fettucine Alfredo (garlic and onions). Topped with grated parmesan and steamed broccoli.


Entree #2 (Mon/Tues)

Grilled chicken primavera- Grilled zucchini, squash, asparagus, mushrooms, caramelized onions, and Italian marinated grilled chicken breasts tossed with al dente penne pasta, fresh basil, parsley, lemon zest, romano cheese, and roasted garlic, sun dried tomato and herbs de Provence sauce and olive oil.


Entree #2 (Wed/Thurs)

Spanish marinated and hard seared chicken breast strips- Fajita style with colored bell peppers and caramelized onions. Served with cilantro lime jasmine rice and slow-simmered black beans. Gluten-Free


Little Foodie (Mon/Tues)

Lil baked bbq chicken breasts glazed with roasted peach BBQ sauce, Served with a creamy cheddar bowtie pasta with brown sugar-glazed carrots.


Little Foodie (Wed/Thurs)

Pizza Baked Ziti- Ziti pasta, fresh marinara, mozzarella, parmesan, pepperoni, Italian sausage, green bell peppers, red onions, fresh basil. Baked to perfection by you!


Side (Mon/Tues)

Mediterranean Chicken Bowl-Quinoa, chickpeas, cucumbers, diced red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, pepperoncini, red onions, feta, fresh parsley, lemon/tahini dressing. Gluten Free


Side (Wed/Thurs)

BLT Pasta salad- Rotini pasta, crispy bacon, diced ham, sliced cherry tomatoes, shaved red onion, shredded romaine and carrot, diced avocado, creamy house ranch dressing (on side), topped with fresh parsley.

Chicken Caprese salad-Spinach and romaine salad with sliced balsamic glazed chicken breast, Campari tomato, avocado, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, cucumber and served with a balsamic vinaigrette. Gluten-Free

Blackberry Chicken salad-Spinach and romaine salad with marinated/grilled sliced chicken breast, blackberries, avocado, and toasted walnuts, served with a blackberry/ dijon/ balsamic vinaigrette. Gluten-Free


Soup (Mon/Tues)

French onion soup-French onion soup-Slow caramelized julienned onions and beef broth with fresh thyme and parsley. Served with a side of toasted French bread and Swiss cheese. Soup is gluten-free, crostini is not but will be separated. *Freezes well

Italian wedding soup with meatballs, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, baby spinach, chopped parsley, and couscous pasta all simmered together in a savory broth.
