What time is pickup at Carpool Caterer?

Pickup is available from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM at 408 N Causeway Blvd in Mandeville. If you are running late, call and we can wait or arrange delivery.

Where Does Carpool Catering Deliver?

We deliver after 1:00 PM in Mandeville, Madisonville, and Covington. If you will not be home, you can leave an outdoor fridge or an ice chest for safe drop-off.

How much does delivery cost from Carpool Caterer?

Delivery is $5.00 per drop-off. You can also choose free pickup during our daily window.

How do I order meals online?

Go to Order For Next Week and order from the weekly menu, enter quantities, add contact details, and place your order in one easy step.

If our next week’s menu is not yet available, you should consider joining our mailing list, to receive automatic updates of when our new weekly menu is out.

What is the order deadline each week?

All orders are due by Sunday at midnight for the coming week.

If you must place a late order contact us here and we will try to accommodate your order if possible.

How many people does each portion size feed?

  • Full-Trays feed 6 adults .
  • Half-Trays feed 4 adults.
  • Quarter- and Kiddie-Trays feed either 2 adults or 3 kiddos.
  • Single-Meals feeds 1 adult.

How much does each portion size cost?

What happens if I do not claim/pick up a meal that I ordered?

Meals are prepared just for you, so we do not offer refunds for unclaimed orders. If you are delayed, call us at 985-778-2668 before the window closes to arrange options.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay online during checkout using any major credit or debit card.

You may also order by phone (985-778-2668) or in person to pay via cash or check.

Do you offer custom catering?

Yes, we cater events of all sizes and cuisines: If it pertains to food, we do it… except for maybe naked sushi parties. We aren’t very good at making sushi.

How do I get the weekly menu by email?

Do you offer special dietary options?

Each meal is made as described. If you require gluten-free, vegetarian, or dairy-free options and do not see any menu items for the week marked as such, we suggest ordering by phone (985-778-2668) so that we can make sure that accommodations are available for you.

If you have any severe food allergies, we do not suggest using our services since all food is prepared in the same facilities as other dishes containing nuts, berries, and other possible food allergens.

How do I reheat meals safely?

Each meal will be labeled with storage and reheating instructions specific to that meal. If your label is missing or damaged, feel free to call us at 985-778-2668 to confirm your meal’s safe handling instructions.

Can I schedule multiple delivery days in one order?

Yes, our unique ordering system was built to make ordering multiple items at once as easy as possible. Simply enter how much of each item you want next to the corresponding menu day, and you can order something different for every day in the coming week as a single purchase.

Can I get a menu?

Our menu changes weekly. Once you sign up for our email blast you will receive a menu every week until you tell us to stop, or unsubscribe, or you can look up This Week’s Menu  or Order for Next Week here on our website.
