Entree #1 (Mon/Tues)

Chicken Caprese-Grilled Caprese chicken breast-(fresh mozzarella-melted on top, fresh tomato and basil leaf) and drizzled with balsamic reduction. Served with seasoned-roasted Yukon gold potatoes and sauteed green beans with garlic and shallots. Gluten-Free


Entree #1 (Wed/Thurs)

Jamaican Jerk Chicken thighs , heavily marinated, dusted and glazed grilled thighs served with Caribbean style confetti red bean rice with bell pepper ,celery and onion. Comes with grilled vegetable assortment also. Gluten Free


Entree #2 (Mon/Tues)

Seasoned hamburger (ground beef) steaks seared then braised in brown gravy topped with caramelized julienned onions/peppers and served on top of fluffy mashed potatoes alongside buttered peas, corn, and carrots. Gluten-Free


Entree #2 (Wed/Thurs)

Creamy White Chicken Enchiladas-Shredded chicken, brown rice, beans wrapped in tomatillo sauced tortillas. Topped with a green chili Monterey Jack cream sauce, Monterey/Pepper Jack cheese, sour cream, cilantro garnish. Baked to perfection by you!!! **Freezes well


Little Foodie (Mon/Tues)

Little spaghetti and beef meatballs with our house marinara sauce served on a bed of spaghetti noodles and topped with grated parmesan and garnished with fresh parsley.


Little Foodie (Wed/Thurs)

Kids jambalaya- shredded chicken and sausage jambalaya. Comes with three king's Hawaiian rolls. Gluten-free except for K. Hawaiian rolls. Will be in the same tray separated by deli paper


Side (Mon/Tues)

Stuffed bell peppers - seasoned ground beef and shrimp, caramelized red onion, garlic, grilled zucchini, tomatoes, and green chilis, red kidney beans, brown rice, and pepper jack cheese. Served with a chipotle aioli sauce on the side. Gluten-Free


Side (Wed/Thurs)

Mediterranean Quinoa Salad -Cherry tomatoes, diced cucumbers, chickpeas, fine chopped red onion, arugula, sliced, avocado, and feta cheese and fresh parsley. Served with a roasted garlic herbed red wine vinaigrette. Gluten-Free


On the Light Side (Mon/Tues)

Arugula Pasta Salad with chickpeas sun-dried tomatoes-Sliced grilled chicken breast , on a bed of arugula w/ a side of balsamic vinaigrette, chickpeas, sun dried tomatoes, shaved parmesan , with gluten free penne pasta. Gluten Free


On the Light Side (Wed/Thurs)

Cuban Picadillo -Savory ground beef, tomatoes, onions, peppers, olives and warm spices, served along a side of Cuban style black beans and brown rice, garnished with fresh cilantro. Gluten Free


Salad (Mon/Tues)

Cobb salad-Romaine salad with grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, hard-boiled eggs, shredded carrot, and cherry tomatoes served with a house-made buttermilk ranch dressing. Gluten-Free


Salad (Wed/Thurs)

Chicken Taco salad-Shredded romaine/iceberg lettuce, shredded Mexican spiced chicken breast, Cherry tomatoes, avocado, freshly shucked corn kernels, shredded pepper jack cheese, green onions, cilantro. Served with cilantro lime ranch dressing. Comes with corn tortilla strips (GF) on the side. Gluten Free

Chicken tortilla soup with bell peppers, shredded chicken, black beans, corn tortillas, corn, onions, cilantro, and lime. Gluten-Free (corn tortillas)

Chicken and sausage gumbo-Shredded slow-roasted chicken, garlic, onions, celery, bell peppers, green onions, parsley, and smoked sausage. *Freezes great !!!
