Entree #1 (Mon/Tues)

Chicken marsala- Marinated boneless chicken breast seared and braised in a creamy marsala sauce with sauteed mushrooms, garlic, and onions. Served with roasted Brussel sprouts, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower medley along side of garlic and herb roasted red potatoes. Gluten Free


Entree #1 (Wed/Thurs)

Cuban Mojo pork -Citrus Marinated pork shoulder (orange zest, lime, cilantro, garlic, and herbs) slow-roasted then braised, chunked, and served with Cuban-style slow-cooked black beans and rice. Gluten-Free


Entree #2 (Mon/Tues)

Turkey meatloaf with feta, shredded carrot, and sun-dried tomato topped with a light turkey gravy and served with garlic mashed potatoes and crisp sautéed green beans tossed with garlic, lemon zest, sea salt, and black pepper. Gluten-Free


Entree #2 (Wed/Thurs)

Classic stuffed shells- Jumbo stuffed shells with ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, parmesan, fresh basil ribbons, oregano and garlic. Topped with a beefy marinara sauce.


Little Foodie (Mon/Tues)

Little white beans and rice with sausage, served with honey butter cornbread. Gluten Free except for cornbread which is separated from beans and rice


Little Foodie (Wed/Thurs)

Sticky sesame chicken - Lightly dusted and fried crispy chicken tossed in sweet and sticky sauce with green onions and sesame seeds served with sautéed green beans and fluffy jasmine rice.


Side (Mon/Tues)

Stuffed Mexican zucchini boats- Ground Chicken, roasted corn, black beans, cilantro, cilantro, green onion and cheddar cheese stuffed zucchini halves. Gluten Free


Side (Wed/Thurs)

Quiche Loraine-Bacon , Swiss cheese, eggs , green onion. This quiche makes a perfect summer dinner paired with our salads! *Freezes well


On the Light Side (Mon/Tues)

Chicken meatballs with zoodles-Ground chicken meatballs with lemon zest and fresh parsley (egg white) served on a bed of gluten-free spaghetti with spiralized zucchini noodles, cherry tomato, and fresh basil sauce (extra virgin O.O.) and topped with shaved parmesan. Gluten-Free


On the Light Side (Wed/Thurs)

Braised chicken breasts with vegetables-Chicken, leeks, carrots, celery, sweet potatoes, green beans, peas, fresh parsley. Gluten-Free


Salad (Mon/Tues)

Grilled Tequila Lime Chicken salad with romaine/iceberg, oranges, crisp bell pepper, fresh corn, avocado and pepitas (toasted pumpkin seeds) served with a honey lime vinaigrette. Gluten Free


Salad (Wed/Thurs)

Chipotle Chicken Caesar Salad-Romaine, grilled chicken, croutons, parmesan, corn, avocado, chipotle caesar dressing. Gluten Free- croutons will be separated in a bag


Soup (Mon/Tues)

French onion soup-French onion soup-Slow caramelized julienned onions and beef broth with fresh thyme and parsley. Served with a side of toasted French bread and Swiss cheese. Soup is gluten-free, crostini is not but will be separated. *Freezes well
