Cajun Lasagna-House made ground pork green onion sausage and ground chicken with a Tasso cream sauce, pepper jack cheese, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, celery, and layered with fresh pasta sheets and topped with green onion and parsley .

Little Foodie (Mon/Tues)

Beef Hamburgers fried sweet potato wedges, buttered grilled corn on the cob. Comes with buns on the side.

Kids jambalaya- shredded chicken and sausage jambalaya. (Not spicy and simplified for kids' little palates) Comes with three king's Hawaiian rolls. Gluten-free except for K. Hawaiian rolls. Will be in the same tray separated by deli paper

Orange Salmon Bowl- Salmon filet marinated in orange juice and zest, tamari, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes, pan seared. On a bed of seasoned brown rice with roasted broccoli, carrots and parsnips. Finished with toasted sesame seeds and Honey/orange drizzle. Gluten Free
